- Representation for book-to-film/TV adaptations.
- Pitching materials (books, screenplays, treatments) to producers, studios, and investors.
- Consulting on rights negotiations and Hollywood partnerships.
By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Client Representation
- Submission Requirements: All materials must be original, owned by you, and free of legal disputes.
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee adaptation, sale, or production of your work.
- Fees & Payments: Fees (if applicable) will be outlined in a signed agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
- You retain all rights to submitted materials.
- By submitting, you grant us permission to share your work with potential buyers/partners.
4. Confidentiality
We treat submissions confidentially but cannot control third-party recipients. Copyright registration is advised.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Rejection of materials by third parties.
- Disputes arising from negotiated deals.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate representation with written notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by New York State law.
